The information below details the whole process. The process itself only takes a few minutes to complete.

Register at

Before you can put money into your account or purchase a Wizard, you need to register at It's free and only takes a minute to do. If you have already registered, jump to the next step.

To register, click on the Register button, situated on the bottom left of every page. The page that comes up allows you to enter your details and set up email notifications. The minimum needed for is your email address and password, but to assist us with any further enquiries you may have, additional information is helpful.

The notification options allow you to request emails to be sent when form guides are available.

The Superform ID is used by existing Superform subscribers to link their Superform subscription to their details. The Superform ID is printed on the envelope containing the weekly magazine.

If you don't have an email address, you can obtain a free one at

Once you have registered, you will be logged into the web site, your name will be shown on the bottom left of any page and more options will be available to you.

Deposit money into your account

Once registered, the next step towards purchasing an electronic Wizard is putting money into your account.

You can deposit money in one of three different ways; by mailing a cheque or money order, by phone using a credit card or over the Internet using a credit card. When paying over the Internet, you will be taken to the National Australia Bank's secure payment site for the actual transaction. Your credit card details are not entered or recorded in anyway at the web site.

To deposit money, click on the “My Profile” link on the left then “Pay Account”. For the first time you do this, the system will allocate you a PIN, see below for more on this. Enter the amount you wish to pay and click “Next”. At this point you are given the three payment options mail, phone or Internet. Click on the button beside the option you wish to use and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

For mail and phone payments it is important that you note down the invoice number. This number is used to make sure the money is credited to the correct user.

For Internet payments, once the National Australia Bank has approved the transaction, you will be taken back to the Profile page with a message at the top saying that payment has been accepted.

PIN – When the system allocates you a PIN, it also asks you to enter a question and answer. If you ever need to change your PIN, will ask you the question you entered and only change your PIN if you correctly answer your question.

IMPORTANT – Make sure you go through the steps above when making a payment, especially if you are phoning the office. If you just register then phone the office to deposit money, you won't have a PIN and won't be able to purchase anything until your account is manually activated by the support staff.

Purchase a Wizard

Once you have registered and have money in your account, you can buy the electronic version of the Wizard, referred to as Wizard Direct.

First, check the bottom of the home page to see that the meetings in which you are interested are available.

Click on “Wizard”, then “Wizard Direct”. This will bring up a page showing which Wizard Direct files are available. Click on the date you require.

Now you need to enter your PIN and select the files you require. There may be up to four files per meeting. They are

  • Wizard Header – This contains the wizard header panel and the selection panel. It is printed in Landscape and generally takes up 3 to 5 pages.
  • Wizard Header with Scratchings – This is the same as the Wizard header, but has had scratchings applied, with the ratings, assessed odds and panel updated accordingly. The updated Wizard header is available from 9:30 am and updated again at 11:00 am.
  • Wizard Form – This contains the impact values and the form for each horse. It is printed in portrait.
  • Wizard CSV – This is a csv file containing the information in the Wizard header, Wizard panel and impact values. Click here for more information.
  • Wizard Personals - A summary page containing key information from the Wizard. Generally it will fit on a single page.

Once you have selected your meetings and entered your PIN, click “Next”. You will be shown a list of meetings you have selected and the total cost ($5.50 for the Wizard). After clicking “Purchase” to buy these meetings, the system will bring up a page with links to each file purchased.

To view the file, simply click on it. You can then look at the form on the screen or print it. Click on the back button to go back and view the next file.

Important Notes – If you close your browser or somehow lose the list of files you have purchased, just go through the buying process again, you will notice that the cost is now $0 as you have already paid for the day.

If you want to take your time studying the form, but don't want to print it, right click on the file links and choose the option to “save link as”, then save the file to your computer for looking at in your own time. (Remember where you saved it.)
