                                     Important - Wizard Key Reports Availability Schedule

At the Wizard we pride ourselves on delivering a racing information services that can genuinely meet the needs of both the casual bettor and the most knowledgeable and experienced form analysts. In our two-years quest to re-develop the Wizard into the unique racing information service it has now become we have never lost sight of that goal.

In the pursuit of this goal, we have greatly increased the range and quality of the form information accessible through the Wizard's interactive database, and especially via the unique daily Wizard Reports which deliver key ratings/form information in a concentrated, user-friendly, format.

But this has had operational consequences.

Despite substantially upgrading our (processing) computers and enhancing server access it has become increasingly difficult to deliver all the key Wizard reports at the initially planned times on raceday. Therefore, we are making some adjustments to availability times. The full details of the new schedule follow:

Wizard Essentials Report

• Available with Wizard Form and Header files by 4pm pre-raceday (Thursday for Saturday metro meetings)
• Updated for scratchings on race morning
• Versions:
  • Essentials Full field
  • Wizard Essentials WRat4 (top 4 Wrat runners)
  • Wizard Essentials Top Rated (WRat, WMod, WHcp, WExpk)

Wizard Personal Print

• Available with Wizard Form and Header files by 4pm pre-raceday (Thursday for Saturday metro meetings)
• Updated for scratchings on race morning

Wizard Watch (Morning Movers)

• Available around 10:30am on race morning

Wizard Raceday

• Available around 10:30am on race morning
• Versions:
  • Raceday (not colour coded)
  • Raceday Highlighted (colour coded)

Wizard WRat4-AOdds

• Two editions of this report, progressively updated for scratchings
• 1-2 edition - available around 6:30pm race-eve
• 2-2 edition - updated with scheduled final scratchings on race morning
  • 9.30am raceday edition - updated for NSW, Vic, Tas, Queensland scratchings
  • 11.30am raceday edition - updated for all-states scratchings

Wizard Magic Report

• Two editions of this report, progressively updated for scratchings
• 1-2 edition - available around 6:30pm race-eve
• 2-2 edition - updated with scheduled final scratchings on race morning
  • 9.30am edition - updated for NSW, Vic, Tas, Queensland scratchings
  • 11.30am edition - updated for all-states scratchings

This revised schedule is to take full effect from tomorrow, Friday, December 20.

The following table shows where the winner of each race run yesterday was rated by Wrat, Wmod, Whcp, and Wexpk and was the qualifier in the Wizard Raceday Report. (Note: The Wrat [W] winner results report on both the top rated and top-two rated winners.) The Raceday Report winners under the Top Rated column are from those races where there was only one Raceday qualifier, and under the Top 2 Rated on the rare occasions where there were two qualifiers in a race.
