Account Questions
Why do I need and AccountFor convenience and speed. We don't store your credit card details, so without an account system, you would need to go through the process of entering your credit card details for every purchase, which for the Wizard, is only $5.50.
How to add money to my accountThere are a number of links throughout the site that allow you to add funds to your account. Under the Account menu, there is a "Pay Account" link that takes you to the payment page. You can also click on your name at the top left of every page, that will take you to your account summary page. There is a "Pay Account" link on that page as well.
If you are not comfortable with paying via a web site, you can call the office to make payments over the phone.
How do I see what I have purchased recentlyUnder the "Account" menu, click "Transactions" to see all transactions (both purchases and payments) to your account.
Note : we group transactions by date, so the order within a single may not be the exact order the transactions were carried out. ie It might show a payment after a purchase.
Wizard Systems
How do I get access to the Wizard SystemsWizard Systems are included as part of the Wizard Rewards program. Just purchase a Wizard or Wizard Plus, and you will be able to access the Systems for the next 7 days
Why doesn't my system find any horses? There are three main reasons why your system might not find any horses.
The first is you have set a set of conditions that are so restrictive, no horse actually meats all your conditions. This is particularly true when you have a number of horse type conditions (age / sex /bp / weight/ etc.) and then add performance criteria (strike rate under certain conditions (track / weather/ etc.). Try loosening some conditions, such as increasing the range of possible values to see if that finds some horses.
The second is using two rules that together will find no horses. For example, saying that a horse must be first in the Wizard panel, but have a Wrat score of 99 or less. The first horse in the Wizard panel will always have a Wrat of 100, so that combination of rules will never find a horse.
The last is bad data or "Impossible" rules. Bad data includes using values that the web site does not expect. Such as using letters when numbers are expected, eg putting in 1st to 3rd, rather than 1 to 3. Unless it says it on the rule, the site generally expects numbers only.
An impossible rule is one that will never find anything. This shows up especially in rules with a minimum and maximum value and you have them around the wrong way. A barrier position range of minimum 1, maximum 5 is ok, but a minimum of 5, maximum of 1 will not find anything. The order is important.
